By engaging with Pertank, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Pertank provides creative and marketing-related services, including but not limited to:
Specific project details will be outlined in quotations or agreements.
All quotations issued by Pertank are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
A quotation becomes binding once accepted by the client in writing or electronically.
All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Pertank reserves the right to request an advance payment or deposit before starting a project.
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects include up to two revision rounds.
Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the original scope may be invoiced separately.
The client agrees to:
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
All designs, concepts, visuals, source files, and creative materials remain the property of Pertank until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights unless otherwise specified.
Pertank reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client agrees to compensate Pertank for:
Worked hours are billed at a rate of EUR 70 per hour unless otherwise agreed.
Pertank reserves the right to terminate collaborations in cases of abuse, non-payment, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Pertank shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential damages.
The total liability of Pertank is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant project or service.
Pertank shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, illness, government actions, or force majeure events.
Pertank may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or external tools.
Pertank is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or policy changes of such third-party services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of West Flanders, Belgium.
Pertank reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
